The New Arrivals Package

For families arriving mid-year or outside of the usual application period who are wanting a place at a public school or concertada.

This premier package includes an initial meeting to understand your family's needs and priorities, a clear explanation of the local education system, accompanied school visits, updates on school availability and support through the selection and application process.

The Complete Public Schools and Concertadas Package

This package is available to families applying for schools during the usual application period (application deadline is in March).

This package consists of the following services:

An initial meeting to learn more about you and your child's needs and priorities.
The opportunity to ask questions about Barcelona and the Barcelona educational landscape.
Identifying public schools or concertadas in your catchment area and other schools of interest.
Arranging visits to up to 6 schools on your behalf.
Supporting you through the school selection process.
Completing the application on the your behalf.
Supporting you with enrolment.

The price for providing the above services is €620 (excluding VAT)

An additional cost of €100 per child is added for siblings.

I am available to accompany you on school visits or open days.

The Complete Public Schools and Concertadas Package plus Accompanied Visits includes all of the services in the Complete Package in addition to me accompanying you on 3 open days or private visits.

The price for providing the above services is €850 (excluding VAT)

An additional cost of €100 per child is added for siblings.

This package is for families arriving mid-year or outside of the usual application period who are wanting a place at a public school or concertada. The package includes:

An initial meeting to learn more about you and your child’s needs and priorities.
The opportunity to ask questions about Barcelona and the Barcelona educational landscape.
Identifying specific public schools or concertadas
Accompanying you on up to 2 school visits.
Supporting you through the school selection process.
Booking and accompanying you on a meeting at the the Consorci (the Education Department) to make the school application..
Supporting you with enrolment.
